Gukasyan joined Kraft Heinz as the general manager of CEE based in Moscow in 2016 and assumed her current position in June 2023. The company recently opened a new office in Jeddah and expanded its factory and investments in Cairo to make it an export hub. Gukasyan previously worked with Nestlé in Russia and is also a board member of NovaBev Group.
