Svinger was officially appointed to his current role in June 2023 at 3M Healthcare, which became Solventum in April 2024. Solventum represents over 20 manufacturing plants. He is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Dubai. He joined 3M Hungary in 2008 as a business development manager and relocated to the Middle East from Russia in 2016.
