With 25 years of industry experience, Asaad joined Cisco and assumed the leadership of the Middle East and Africa region, including Türkiye, in 2020. In mid-2023, her responsibility was expanded to include the Romania & The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) territory. In March 2023, as a part of Cisco’s Country Digital Acceleration program, the U.A.E.’s Ministry of Economy announced a new digitization initiative that supports the “Entrepreneurial Nation 2.0” program for the growth of small and medium enterprises in the country.
