In 2021, Najjar contributed to integrating the Refinitiv business following LSEG's $27 billion acquisition leading and implementing strategies across 91 nations. Najjar has 30 years of industry experience and supervises over 1,000 people. He is also an advisory board member of Reach, a non-profit mentoring program for young professionals. He supports and advocates for the MEA chapters of LSEG’s diversity and inclusion networks.
