Naoum joined Stryker in 2018 and assumed his current role in January 2022. He has 19 years of healthcare industry experience and leads a team of 80 people.Naoum has previously held roles at Carestream, Wolters Kluwer, and Kodak. In 2023, Stryker opened a state-of-the-art regional office in Dubai’s DIFC.
