Al-Terkait joined the company in 2016. Arkan reported revenues of $29.5 million in 2024. In the same year, the Capital Markets Authority and Competition Protection Authority in Kuwait approved the merger between Arkan and AlOula Real Estate Company, which is in the final stages, as of March 2025. Its portfolio projects include SVN, launched in 2023 as a wellness resort, Arkan Clinic, and Arkan Residence. It is further developing a 20,000-square-meter waterpark and commercial complex in the Al Khiran area. Al-Terkait is also the founder of Al-Terkait Group for Construction of Buildings, and vice chairman of the Kuwait Real Estate Union.
