Al Arrayed joined Naseej in February 2023. Its key shareholders include Ithmaar Development Company, the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), and the Social Insurance Organization of Bahrain, KHALEEJI Bank, GFH, and Eskan Bank. The company’s portfolio includes Yasmeenat Saar, the CanalView project at Dilmunia Island, the Basateen residential project, and others. In 2024, Naseej announced 100% completion of infrastructure works on its Nasayim Arad project in Arad Bay, Muharraq, followed by the appointment of the contractor to construct the Smart Villas within the Nasayim Arad project. Al Arrayed was previously the CEO of Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah) and First Bahrain Real Estate Development Co.
