Al Kooheji assumed his current role at Kanoo Real Estate, a division of the Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group, in 2019. Kanoo Real Estate’s property portfolio spans Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the U.A.E. In 2024, the company completed eight mixed-use developments, covering 37,000 square meters. In November 2024, it signed a strategic partnership with the Al Muhaidib Group and RAFAL Real Estate Development for the development of a $133 million mixed-use project, Alegria, in Riyadh. Al Kooheji previously held leadership roles at Amlak and Naseej Bahrain.
