Kleindienst is the founder and chairman of the Kleindienst Group, which operates across property development, construction, coral engineering, business centers, yacht building, hospitality, and sustainable energy. In 2024, the company started construction on four shipyards in Ras Al Khaimah. In February 2024, the group’s flagship project, The Heart of Europe, signed an agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch and manage the InterContinental Resort Portofino, which is set to open in 2026.
