Al Khan is a financial engineer, having overseen the development of over 1 million square meters of flagship projects to date. In December 2024, Infracorp announced a strategic partnership with Knight’s Court Real Estate to launch Phase III of the $321 million California Village development in Dubai. The third phase would include constructing 370 luxury residential units. Al Khan is concurrently chairman of Gulf Holding Company and ASK Real Estate, and he is a board member of Balexco, Falcon Cement, Tunis Bay Project Company, and Royal Parks Marrakech.
