In February 2025, Arada sold out all four phases of its Masaar 2 project, comprising 2,000 homes with a total value of $1.5 billion. Arada has launched six projects in Sharjah and Dubai since its launch in 2017, with a combined sales value of $16.3 billion, as of June 2024. These developments include the mixed-use megaproject Aljada, the forested community Masaar, and the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah. Alkhoshaibi is also on the board of advisors at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa).
