Sabbour founded Al Ahly Sabbour Developments in 1994 in collaboration with the National Bank of Egypt. It has a land bank of 16.8 square kilometers, spread across 65 real estate projects in Egypt. In June 2024, the company signed an MoU with Schneider Electric and Gebal for Sustainability Solutions to launch sustainable community development projects in Sidi Heneish village in Marsa Matrouh. In January 2025, the company launched its first project in Oman, Wadi Zaha, with a total investment of $233.8 million. Sabbour was also the founder of the Global Information & Technology Education Center in Dubai and cofounder of the Egyptian Junior Business Association.
