Wakim joined Bloom Holding as CEO in 2021, overseeing operations across all Bloom Holding companies, including Bloom Properties. In May 2024, Bloom Holding and LEAD Development formed a joint venture with Spain-based Mabel Real Estate to co-develop a 100,000-square-meter luxury residential project in Spain, Mabel Marbella Residences. As of February 2025, Bloom Holding had developed and delivered over 5,000 homes with over 20,000 units in the pipeline. In March 2025, Bloom Holding launched Carmona, the eighth phase of Bloom Living. Wakim was previously chief development officer at AMAALA in Saudi Arabia.
