Bajunaid assumed his current position in January 2025. JODC is the owner, master developer, and manager of the Jabal Omar project, a mixed-use development near the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project comprises 40 towers, with a total built-up area of two million square meters. In 2024, the company recorded $507 million in revenues and had total assets of $7.3 billion. Bajunaid previously served as CEO of the Al-Jomaih Energy and Water Company and led the real estate division at the Binladin International Holding Group.
