Al-Bohiry assumed his current position in February 2025. Al-Othaim Investment has over 23 integrated projects, with investments of over $12 billion. As of March 2025, the company operated 10 malls, over 55 entertainment venues, and over 410 fashion stores. In November 2024, Al-Othaim Investment signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to develop mixed-use projects, including shopping and entertainment centers, residential and office, and hotels.
