Al Emadi was appointed to his current role in 2023, before which he had been the group chief business officer at AlRayan Bank. Lesha Bank recorded assets under management of $2.4 billion in 2024. In October 2024, it completed the acquisition of Bereke Bank in Kazakhstan for over $134.9 million. Lesha Bank announced its $46.2 million exit from David Morris International in August 2024. Al Emadi is also the chairman of Oryx Corniche Developments.
