Almoayyed assumed her current position in 2000, having joined Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons in 1974. The family business signed a collaboration framework with the Institute of Public Administration in March 2024 to facilitate training, research, and advisory services. Almoayyed is also the chairwoman and a founding member of the Migrant Workers Protection Society and the chairwoman of Ebdaa for Microfinance – Bahrain. She also serves as a chair of the executive committee for the Arab International Women’s Forum and a board member of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain.
