Harib was appointed as a research and development manager by the Dubai Police to establish an innovation center for public security enhancement in 2022 and assumed her current role in June 2024. In 2012, Harib founded SocialBandage, an online store promoting responsible shopping. She volunteered with the U.A.E. Armed Forces in 2014 and later became head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Dubai’s Community Development Authority. In 2017, she became a founding member of the U.A.E. CSR Fund Council under the Ministry of Economy. She joined the Academy of Management Network as an academic publisher in 2020.
