Miran has been in her current role since January 2024, having spent more than 22 years in leadership roles in the public sector. She was previously assistant secretary general for strategy management and governance at the General Secretariat of The Executive Council - Government of Dubai. In November 2024, KHDA launched the Excel Anywhere initiative, one of the 28 Game Changer initiatives under the E33 strategy.
