Ragheb assumed her current role in 2018. Founded by the Egyptian government, NTA develops managerial and professional skills among youth. In March 2024, NTA signed a joint cooperation protocol with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt to exchange expertise in advanced technologies and training programs. Ragheb has over 20 years of expertise in human development and leadership. Before NTA, she held roles in international organizations, including UNDP and ESLSCA, and consulted for McKinsey & Company. She is also a board member of initiatives like ‘Shabab Balad’ under the UN’s Generation Unlimited, and she’s the executive director of the World Youth Forum in Egypt.
