El Saban cofounded Exits MENA, an investment banking marketplace, in 2022. Between 2023 and 2024, the company closed six deals to help startups and SMEs reach their investment goals through mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising. Exits MENA collaborated with Google MENA and EYouth in September 2024 to launch the NAQLA program, an Arabic-language investment readiness self-study course. El Saban is also the founder of Lumas, a market research and training company, and she was elected a Women Techmakers Ambassador in September 2024.
