Pierce assumed her current position upon joining King’s College Hospital London in Dubai in 2022. In November 2024, the hospital opened Dubai’s first dedicated Paediatric and Adult Liver Transplant Centers of Excellence, supported by the Ministry of Health and Prevention and Dubai Health Authority. She was previously the CEO of one of the hospitals under Ramsay Health Care and COO of Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service in Australia.
