Bhojani has been in her current role since 2006. Its management portfolio includes the Dubai International Academy in Emirates Hills and Al Barsha, the Collegiate International School, Raffles International School, Raffles World Academy, Raffles Early Childhood Centres, and Raffles Starters. Bhojani was previously the president of the Middle East IB Association of Schools and the secretary-general of the Dubai Private Schools Group. She also worked in the technology sector specializing in financial services with Tata Consultancy Services, Philips, and ABN AMRO Bank.
