El Hachem joined BCG in 2015 and was appointed managing director and partner in 2020. She has led the Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices since 2022. She also serves on BCG Middle East’s management team, the leadership team of the BCG Public Sector, BCG Travel, Cities, and Infrastructure, and BCG Social Impact, among others. El Hachem previously worked with Booz & Company (currently Strategy&) in the Middle East and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.
