Assi joined McKinsey & Company in 2006. In 2019, she became a senior partner and managing partner for Abu Dhabi, and in 2022 she was appointed as a global leader of the social, healthcare, and public sector institutions. She led the integration of GenAI knowledge, research, data, and analytics across more than 30 of McKinsey’s global domains and centers, driving innovation with a team of 300 specialists. She has co-authored several research reports, including 2024’s “Avoiding the Race to the Bottom: Unlocking Investments” in partnership with the World Government Summit.
