Zaporozhets assumed her current role in January 2024, having joined Eli Lilly and Company in 2002. She oversaw the approval and launch of Kisluna, a drug for treating Alzheimer’s disease, in the U.A.E. in March 2024. In November 2024, Eli Lilly Saudi Arabia signed an MoU with the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSHRC) to develop KFSHRC’s Neuroscience Center into a hub of excellence for Alzheimer’s disease. Zaporozhets previously held responsibilities within Lilly in Hungary, Austria, the U.S., and the U.A.E.
