Serhan manages Visa’s business growth across the NALP region, which consists of 15 countries. In February 2024, Visa signed an MoU with the Egyptian Banks Company, the operator and developer of national payment networks and ecosystems, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Egypt to facilitate remittances for Egyptians living abroad. Serhan is also co-chair of the Visa Women Network in the CEMEA, and she is the founder and president of the Women in IT Association in Lebanon.
