Alrashid assumed her current role in 2020. In the first nine months of 2024, SRMG reported $671 million in revenues and had total assets of $1.6 billion. In December 2024, Billboard Arabia, a partnership between SRMG and Billboard, held the first edition of the Billboard Arabia Music Awards in Saudi Arabia. In addition to sitting on the board of directors of SRMG, Argaam, and King Saud University, Alrashid is also the chairwoman of the Red Sea Film Foundation.
