El Sayed made her acting debut in 2016, through TV series like ‘Abu Al Banat’ and ‘Al Moghany.’ Her first cinematic appearance was in ‘Harb Karmouz’ (2018), after which she went on to appear in the MBC comedy series ‘Fekra Be Million Geneh’ (2019) and Viu’s first original Arabic language horror series ‘Zodiac’ (2019). She starred in the film ‘Banat Sanawy’ in 2020. She most recently appeared in Embratoreyet Meem in 2024. She has worked in campaigns for OPPO, Garnier, BRANTU, and others. In September 2023, El Sayed won Favorite Actress at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Abu Dhabi.
