Jubara joined GHI and assumed her current role in 2011. In 2023, it launched a community health outreach program aimed at improving access to healthcare services for low-income expat families in Kuwait. Jubara was previously the director of the Alia International Hospital. She also held several roles across healthcare providers, insurance companies, and emergency air ambulance services in the U.S.
