Tansel assumed his current role in 2017. Al Masaood is the primary distributor of Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the U.A.E.’s western region. It employs more than 2,000 people. In the 2023/2024 financial year, the company sold the highest number of cars since its inception, with a total market share of more than 40% in Abu Dhabi. In April 2024, the company secured exclusive distributorship rights for Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles.
