Alameri has been in his current position since January 2022. In May 2024, Silal inaugurated its automated packhouse in Al Ain, spanning 12,000 square meters. Silal acquired a majority stake in SAFCO in October 2023. Alameri is also the vice chairman of Agthia Group and a board member of SWS Holding.
