Sultan became CEO of KEO in 1991 and assumed her current role in 2016. KEO has 10 offices and around 40 field offices across the Middle East as well as a new office in Lisbon, Portugal. It employs a total of over 2,600 people. In 2023, KEO launched a new line of digital advisory services. In May 2024, KEO signed a strategic partnership agreement with Johnson Controls Middle East and Africa to drive the Net-Zero Future jointly.
