Kaddoumi assumed his current role in 2024, leading a team of over 10,000 people. In 2023, Medtronic trained over 38,000 healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the region and treated 500,000 additional patients. Kaddoumi sits on the boards of Kcrew, Xwell, THB Global, and Kidzonet. He first joined the company in 2012 and was relocated to the regional headquarters in Dubai in 2013. He was previously the country general manager for GE Healthcare in Saudi Arabia.
