Dhamecha launched Empire Aviation in 2007. He has led from the expansion of its operations across the Middle East, Europe, South East Asia, Africa, and the U.S. The company has an aircraft sales and acquisition brokerage in the U.S., along with aircraft management and operations, aircraft charter, and CAMO services through aircraft registries in the U.A.E., San Marino, and the Cayman Islands. Empire Aviation is also the authorised international sales representative for Gulfstream in India. The company is currently developing a new corporate facility at MBRAH at Dubai South. Dhamecha is also a certified business jet pilot.
