Erth used to be a U.A.E. Armed Forces’s club, and in 2021, it was recreated as Erth. Al Kaabi has been leading this transformation since 2016. It offers a U.A.E.-heritage-inspired resort, ballroom, and recreational facility with various hospitality, catering, and event services in Abu Dhabi. It has the only Emirati Michelin Star restaurant. In December 2023, École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio in partnership with Erth and DCT Abu Dhabi, launched in the U.A.E. Before Erth, Al Kaabi was a business development manager at Royal Group, focusing on tourism-related initiatives in Abu Dhabi. She also has experience in Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and Dolphin Energy.
