Kazim assumed his current role at Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA in August 2022. Millennium Hotels and Resorts brands include The Biltmore, Grand Millennium, Millennium, M Social, Studio M, M Hotel, Copthorne, and Kingsgate. In February 2024, the company opened The Biltmore Hotel Villas in Dubai. In 2023, it announced the signing of the tallest hotel tower in Africa, the Grand Millennium Tycoon Tower, in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt with Nile Developments. Kazim is also the CEO of Tetra Hospitality Investment.
