Addou has been with Royal Air Maroc since February 2016. In December 2023, Royal Air Maroc launched, in partnership with Afriquia SMDC, the first carbon-neutral flight from Africa fueled by sustainable aviation fuel. In September 2023, it signed an MoU with Air Senegal, initiating a strategic partnership. In July 2023, the airline signed a 14-year program (2023-2037) contract with the Moroccan government to increase its fleet to 200 planes and transport 31.6 million passengers annually. Addou was previously the general manager of SAEMOG and the CEO of Diana Holding and the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
