AlKhudair joined the Al Saedan Real Estate Company in 2014 and was appointed to his current position in 2019. The company has completed 600 units worth a total of $800 million, with units worth $500 million under construction. In 2022, the company delivered its Master Plan, consisting of 1.2 million square meters of raw land development, a high-rise tower in Riyadh, and the 220-key Courtyard by Marriott Northern Ring Road hotel.
