Maysan Properties was established in 2018. The company’s projects include Maysan Square, the Rose Village, and the Orchid Residences. In April 2022, Maysan Properties signed a contract agreement with Khimji Ramdas for the phase 1 construction work at Maysan Square. The group’s clients include Bank Muscat, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and Shell Oman. Sadiq Jaffer Sulaiman previously held roles at Al Manar Construction, Rezone Property, and Al Khonji Real Estate & Development.
