Its development portfolio covers over 20 million square feet and includes Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, Studio One, and Jumeirah Living Business Bay. The company has 6,359 finished units worth $1.1 billion. In 2022, the company launched six towers in the Peninsula master community. In September 2023, the company awarded the $296 million construction contract for its Peninsula Four The Plaza development to Al Basti & Muktha LLC.
