Yousuf Fakhruddin joined the family business in 2002. Fakhruddin Properties was established in 2003. Today, it has an international portfolio of residential and commercial projects in the U.A.E., the U.K., and Africa. The company entered the hospitality industry through the Fakhruddin Hotel Apartments. It implements sustainable tools in its projects, including an air purification system, a water purification system, innovative waste management, and smart home automation. The company had over 700 units under construction and had developed projects worth $1.5 billion.
