Nucera has been the managing director of Reportage Properties since it was established in 2014. Reportage Properties is one of the largest private developers in the U.A.E. It has launched 33 projects in the U.A.E., Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Russia, Uganda, Belarus, and Morocco. Its portfolio includes Alexis Tower, The Gate, and Al Raha Lofts. In 2023, the company recorded total sales of $1 billion. In October 2022, it partnered with ENTERTAINER to launch a loyalty app for Reportage’s clients.
