The ROSHN Group is wholly owned by Saudi’s Public Investment Fund. In September 2023, ROSHN became a member of the United Nations Global Compact, which aligns its operations with areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, in line with Saudi’s Vision 2030 goals.
