Al Saeed has been at the helm of Bank al Etihad since 2007. The bank reported assets worth $8.8 billion in 2021, an increase of 18.7% compared to 2020. The company employs 1,259 people. Al Saeed was previously the ICT minister for Jordan, and is currently first chairwoman of Endeavor Jordan. She is also an angel investor and member of Beyond Capital Jordan, and sits on the board for the Jordan Payment Company.
