Bouazza founded Multiply Group as the Multiply Marketing Consultancy (MMC) in 2003. MMC was acquired by the International Holding Company (IHC) in 2020, and became a tech-focused holding company. The Multiply Group debuted on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) in December 2021, reaching a market capitalization of $5.2 billion a month later. The group executed six domestic and foreign investment deals in 2021.
