Hutchinson became president and CEO of the Rotana Hotel Management Company in 2020, having joined the company as COO in 2014. It has a portfolio of 70 hotels across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey, with 36 in the U.A.E. alone. The company serves an average of six million guests per year and employs 12,000 people. Rotana expects to deliver 10 new projects in the next three years across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the U.A.E., Qatar, and Turkey. In May 2022, it launched its newest brand, Edge by Rotana.
