Al Kamil founded Sehteq with her husband Saif Aljaibeji, as an online platform that offers health insurance plans to individuals and SMEs in the U.A.E and Oman. It began operations in February 2018 with the acquisition of the first third-party administrator license. Today it serves more than 700,000 customers with a network of more than 2,000 providers. The healthtech firm had processed five million claims as of April 2022. Sehteq was acquired by Cloud Klair in late 2021.
