Zaya’s portfolio of projects is worth over $5 billion. It includes Zaya Nurai Private Island and the $2 billion Zaya Hotel Living Al Barari, which focuses on sustainability and conservation. Before founding Zaya, Zaal worked at the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company and was a board member for the Taweelah Asia Power Company. She is also a member of Young Arab Leaders and the Young Presidents Organization.
