Adel joined Cerner in 2009. Today he leads Cerner’s offices in the Middle East that has around 350 people. He spearheaded the addition of Cerner’s first Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society client outside of the U.S. In 2020, Cerner provided on-ground support to 80% of the field hospitals in the U.A.E. to fight COVID-19, according to Adel.
